LUNCHBOX PASTA SALAD
It’s back-to-school time again and we are giving you great lunch ideas to get the year started strong. Make pasta salad and swop out the toppings to keep your little one excited for lunchtime
½ avocado; sliced
200 g cooked protein (chicken, ham, prawns, eggs or cheese)
½ lemon; juiced
400 g pasta
4-5 tbsp. fresh pesto
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Greek yoghurt
200 g mixed cooked & chopped veg (green beans, carrots, baby marrow)
100 g cherry tomatoes; quartered
