• Description:

    Ditch the traditional sandwich and use leftover chicken breast to create a delicious and healthy wrap for your little one. It’s back-to-school time and we’ve got lunch covered.

  • Ingredients:

    1 cooked & shredded chicken breast

    1 tbsp. sour cream, plain yoghurt or mayonnaise

    2 tsp. pesto

    2 thin slices of cheese

    Lettuce leaves

    Handful of chopped red pepper or sweetcorn kernels

  • Method:

    1. Mix the shredded chicken, sour cream, yoghurt or mayonnaise with the pesto and season.
    2. Lay a slice of cheese on each wrap and divide the chicken between both.
    3. Sprinkle with red pepper or sweetcorn and top with lettuce.
    4. Roll each wrap and pack in lunchbox or wrap in foil.

    TIP: Be careful not to overfill or it will be difficult to wrap up and contain the filling
