DESCRIPTION:

Celebrate Easter with a delectably unforgettable dessert: Hot Cross Bun S’mores! This delightful twist on a classic fireside treat allows you to craft your s’mores either under the grill or over open flames – the decision is yours.
Plus, you can conveniently gather all your ingredients from your nearby Shoprite and assemble your s’mores in a flash. Simple to prepare and incredibly satisfying to savour – it's the perfect Easter indulgence!

METHOD:

1. Place the hot cross buns on a bread board and carefully slice each one in half lengthways. 
2. On each of the bottom halves of the hot cross buns, place one chocolate-covered marshmallow egg, followed by a regular marshmallow. You can also place 1 to 3 blocks of plain chocolate on top of the marshmallow, according to taste. 
3. Top with the cross part of the hot cross buns, and then either place your s’mores under the grill or over the coals on a braai, until the chocolate has melted. 
4. Remove your s’mores from the heat (carefully) and enjoy!
