• Description:

    These tiny bite-size pancakes are more banana than pancake, which is perfect for getting another fruit serving in for the day.

  • Ingredients:

    2 bananas (sliced)
    ¼ cup self-raising flour (for dusting)
    1 cup self-raising flour

    1 tbsp. white sugar
    50 g butter (melted)
    1 egg

    ¾  cup milk

  • Method:

    1. Dust and coat the bananas in a ¼ cup of flour.
    2. In a bowl, combine a cup of flour with the egg, milk and sugar and then whisk.
    3. Heat a frying pan and melt a little butter in it.
    4. Dip the banana slices in the batter and fry on each side until golden.

    Serving Suggestion:
    Make it extra yummy with a little peanut butter and strawberry or apple slices on top.
